Our relationship with our customers is built on three pillars: ensuring the desirability and exclusivity of the brand, creating inspiring customer experiences, and consistently pursuing a value-oriented growth path. Porsche enhances desirability through exclusive events and luxury brand collaborations, while personalized experiences offer unique opportunities. We achieve value-oriented growth by maintaining exclusivity, following the Porsche principle of "always selling one car less than the market demands."

Product
The Porsche story begins with the sports car of dreams. The core of our brand and strategy is our vehicles. Our product portfolio focuses on highly profitable, exciting vehicles with a strong brand identity, and tailored vehicle services. Our innovative technology emphasizes intelligent vehicles, technological leadership and car software, which can provide cutting-edge connectivity and seamless digital experiences. Together, these pillars aim to enhance desirability, performance, and customer experience, embodying our brand vision.

Sustainability
Porsche’s sustainability strategy focuses on six key areas: decarbonization and reducing CO2 emissions, circular economy, equal opportunities and inclusivity, being a Partner of Society, (in which we empower and support communities), ensuring a sustainable supply chain as well as transparency and integrating sustainability and responsible governance. Together, these pillars create value for both Porsche and society, supporting ecological and social progress through transparent, responsible practices.

Our focus
Push-to-pass
Our ambition: to make Porsche stronger and more resilient for the future. With our performance program, we aim for an operating return on sales of more than 20 percent in the long term. The revised version, Push-to-pass, intensifies previous activities with a focus on sustainable cost structure optimization.
